Most expensive political campaign in the history of the United States of America spent by Israeli Bloomberg to buy another term as mayor of New York City, New York, United States of America - 102 million

November 28th, 2009

Mayor Bloomberg's 2009 campaign spending of more than $102 million to win a third term shatters a record previously set by ... Mayor Bloomberg.

The mayor - who has spent more of his own cash pursuing elected office than anyone in U.S. history - blazed through $18.7 million between Oct. 20 and Thursday, new figures show.

Bloomberg, whose worth has been pegged at $17 billion, prevailed by less than 5 percentage points despite wildly outspending city Controller William Thompson, who ran on private donations and public matching funds.

Israeli World Domination trying to oust New York elected congressmen Bill Owens and to install Israeli Doug Hoffman

November 12th, 2009

Despite the fact that Bill Owens has already been sworn-in and has voted on crucial legislation in the House of Representatives, he may not have actually won the NY-23 Congressional Special Election.

Several errors were made during the initial vote counts. Over 2,000 votes for contender Doug Hoffman were not counted in the preliminary results, narrowing the current vote gap to less than 3,000 votes between Democrat Bill Owens and Conservative Doug Hoffman.

Israelis order United States of America House of Representatives to vote yes on resolution condeming Goldstone report accusing Israel of war crimes

November 4th, 2009

The US House of Representatives has rejected as "irredeemably biased" the findings of a UN-sponsored report which says Israel committed war crimes during its military assault on the Gaza Strip.

The house on Tuesday voted 344 to 36 in favour of a non-binding resolution calling on Barack Obama, the US president, to maintain his opposition to the report, which was written by a panel led by Richard Goldstone, a South African judge.

The report accused Israel and the Palestinian Hamas group, which has de facto control of Gaza, of war crimes during the 22-day conflict in December and January.

But most of its criticism was directed towards Israel's conduct during the offensive, in which human rights organisations say about 1,400 Palestinians - many of them women and children - were killed.

Thirteen Israelis, including three civilians, were also killed over the course of the war, Israel has said.

Steny Hoyer, the Democrat House majority leader, said it was important to adopt an official resolution against the Goldstone report as it "paints a distorted picture".

It "epitomizes the practice of singling Israel out from all other nations for condemnation," he said on Tuesday.

"President Obama just signed a presidential memo eliminating a tariff on Israel that protected American dairy farmers and that raised money for the American economy.

October 31st, 2009

On October 23, 2009, Journalist and executive director of If Americans Knew. Alison Weir, reported "President Obama just signed a presidential memo eliminating a tariff on Israel that protected American dairy farmers and that raised money for the American economy. [1]

Council for the National Interest President, Eugene Bird noted, “Once again we see Israel receiving special treatment, at the cost to Americans. Even American citizens who oppose protective tariffs want to see a fair and equitable policy. Instead we have a policy change -- implemented without public input or debate -- that benefits one of the richest nations on earth, and a nation that consistently flouts US laws and policies in violation of US trade agreements [and] has been blocking some American products entirely. A serious look should be taken at how Israel has prevented certain American products from being imported into Israel, for example orange juice.”

How Israel controls the United States of America

Breaking up the national state, destroying nationalist consciousness and encouraging primitive ethno-religious, feudal and regional loyalties required the systematic destruction of the principal purveyors of nationalist consciousness, historical memory and secular, scientific thought. Provoking ethno-religious hatreds destroyed intermarriages, mixed communities and institutions with their long-standing personal friendships and professional ties among diverse backgrounds.

Rich financial crminals for some reason seem to "die" right after they are caught or convicted. Can't go to trial or jail if you re "dead"

October 27th, 2009

A fellow fraudster in the Bernard Madoff financial scandal named Jeffery Picower was "found dead" a few days ago. Picower was being sued by the people in charge of the Madoff Fraud.

A major investor in convicted swindler Bernie Madoff's Ponzi scheme drowned in his swimming pool in Florida after a heart attack, his attorney said Monday. The medical examiner's office confirmed the report.

Jeffry Picower, 67, was found unconscious in his pool shortly after noon Sunday at his Palm Beach, Florida,, home by his wife, Palm Beach police said. He was pronounced dead at Good Samaritan Hospital.

This kind of information is just news reports. There is no way for any of us to verify that Jeffery Picower is really dead. His death could have been faked and Jeffery Picower could be sunning himself in Israel right now.

That might seem to be or could even be an outlandish claim. What makes it worth considering is the fact that another rich man who was convicted of financial fraud also conveniently "died" before he could be sentenced.

Kenneth Lee "Ken" Lay (April 15, 1942 – July 5, 2006) was an American businessman, best known for his role in the widely reported corruption scandal that led to the downfall of Enron Corporation....

Because each count carried a maximum 5- to 10-year sentence, legal experts said Lay could have faced 20 to 30 years in prison.[2] However, he died while vacationing in Snowmass, Colorado on July 5, 2006, about three and a half months before his scheduled October 23 sentencing.[3] Preliminary autopsy reports state that he died of a heart attack caused by coronary artery disease. As a result of his death, on October 17, 2006, the federal district court judge who presided over the case vacated Lay's conviction.

What do you know. Ken Lay "died of a heart attack" just like Jeffery Picower did! And thanks to "dying", the financial judgements against Ken Lay were removed. Ken Lay's family kept all the fraudulently obtained money.

Did both men really "die of heart attacks"? If you are a billionaire, could you pay the police and the coroner to look the other way when you faked your death and flew out of the USA to Israel? I think the answer to that is yes.

Did it really happen? There is no way to know for certain. But it certainly was convenient for both men to "die" when they did, wasn't it?

A major investor in convicted swindler Bernie Madoff's Ponzi scheme drowned in his swimming pool in Florida after a heart attack, his attorney said Monday. The medical examiner's office confirmed the report.

Jeffry Picower, 67, was found unconscious in his pool shortly after noon Sunday at his Palm Beach, Florida,, home by his wife, Palm Beach police said. He was pronounced dead at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Picower's attorney, William Zabel, told CNN that Picower drowned after suffering a massive heart attack. Sue Jaffe, spokeswoman for the Palm Beach County medical examiner, confirmed those details.

In September, Forbes magazine ranked Picower No. 371 among the 400 richest Americans, with a net worth of $1 billion.

In March, Madoff was convicted of operating a Ponzi scheme and defrauding thousands of investors. He was sentenced to 150 years in prison after pleading guilty to 11 felony counts of fraud, money laundering and perjury. Prosecutors have said it was the largest investor fraud ever committed by a single person, totaling billions in losses to investors.

When the Picower Foundation of Palm Beach announced it was shutting down early this year because of Madoff losses, it initially appeared that the prominent philanthropist had been an unfortunate victim of Madoff's Ponzi scheme. Picower's 2007 tax return had valued his foundation's portfolio at $955 million.

However, in May, court filings by Madoff trustee Irving Picard changed the picture. The trustee's complaint claimed that Picower had been a key beneficiary of Madoff's Ponzi scheme for more than 20 years, and "knew or should have known that [he] was profiting from fraud because of the implausibly high rates of return" on his accounts.

Those "anomalous and astronomical rates of return" -- as high as 500 percent in one year and 950 percent in another year -- "were neither credible nor consistent with legitimate trading activity, and should have caused any reasonable investor ... to inquire further," the court filings said, referring to Picower as "a sophisticated investor, accountant and lawyer."

Citing backdated account filings and other bogus paperwork, the complaint contends that "Picower and the other defendants also knew or should have known that they were reaping the benefits of manipulated purported returns, false documents and fictitious profit."

The Picowers recently told The New York Times that the publicity and controversy surrounding their connection to Bernie Madoff had been a great source of heartache.

"We always have been private people, and having all this play out in the media has taken a big toll on our health," the couple wrote in response to questions posed by reporters.

"We feel stunned, betrayed, angry, sickened, devastated," they said, and were only able to draw strength and consolation "from each other and from the knowledge that we did nothing wrong."

Israeli poisons roommate's food with soap. Roommate Angry. Israeli Poisoner calls police. Israeli policeman beats poisoned Asian with metal baton

October 25th, 2009

A cell phone video that shows police officers repeatedly hitting an unarmed university student with batons and a Taser gun has prompted a criminal investigation into the officers' conduct, a San Jose police spokesman said.

The video, posted by the San Jose Mercury News on its Web site late Saturday, shows one officer hitting 20-year-old Vietnamese student Phuong Ho with a metal baton more than 10 times, including once on the head. Another officer is seen using his Taser gun on the San Jose State math major.

The final baton strike in last month's incident appears to take place after handcuffs have been attached to Ho's wrists.

"It takes me back to the day I saw the Rodney King video on TV," said Roger Clark, a police expert and a retired lieutenant with the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department.

The last baton strike ought to bring a felony charge, Clark said.

Israeli Howard Stern on trial for death of Anna Nicole Smith. Stern thought Smith's child was his. If she died Stern would get the money as the father of the child

October 20th, 2009

Anna Nicole Smith inherited billions of dollars.

Anna Nicole Smith died of a "drug overdose". The Isreali Howard Stern was feeding her drugs until she died according to reports.

The Israeli Howard Stern was present when Anna Nicole Smith's son died of, you guessed it, "drug overdose".

Anna Nicole Smith had another baby Howard Stern thought was his. By murdering Anna Nicole Smith and her son, Howard Stern would get all the money as the father of the newborn.

Howard Stern is currently on trial for contributing to the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

A psychiatrist who treated Anna Nicole Smith for drug dependency during her pregnancy said she tried to set up a program to wean her off prescription painkillers but found the celebrity model uncooperative and hostile during her stay in the hospital.

Dr. Nathalie Maullin was to continue her testimony Tuesday as prosecutors sought to show that the celebrity model was addicted to painkillers supplied by defendants in a drug case.

Maullin took the stand Monday after a disruption in the testimony of star witness Larry Birkhead resulted in the disappearance from the courtroom of a member of the prosecution team.

District attorney's spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said the future role of Deputy District Attorney Sarah Slice was under discussion after Birkhead, the father of Smith's daughter, testified that she tried to influence his testimony. He said the young prosecutor suggested he was "taking the side" of Smith's former boyfriend, lawyer Howard K. Stern.

Birkhead said Slice also warned him his daughter might have future problems because of her mother's drug use.

"I felt I personally did my best and I was being chastised," Birkhead said under questioning by defense attorney Ellyn Garofalo.

Birkhead said Slice told him prosecutors were "frustrated" with his testimony in the preliminary hearing, which will decide whether Stern and two doctors stand trial. They are charged with conspiracy to illegally give controlled substances to the former Playboy Playmate, who died of an accidental overdose in 2007.

When court resumed after lunch, Slice was absent. An after-hours call to her office was not answered.

After the upheaval, Deputy District attorney Renee Rose kept Birkhead on the stand talking about Smith's drug use and tried to get him to say she was an addict.

He said he thought she took too many medications but that she told him: "I'm not a drug addict."

Superior Court Judge Robert J. Perry asked if he ever had a conversation with Stern in which he used the word "addiction."

"No," said the witness.

Rose continued to press Birkhead on multiple issues, including the fact that he made $2 million from TV interviews after Smith's death, until the judge told her he had heard enough.

"I think you're done," he said as she continued to raise new issues.

In her testimony Monday, Maullin described her contact with Smith when she checked into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in April 2006, pregnant and in apparent withdrawal from pain and anti-anxiety medications. She said Smith had decided to "go cold turkey" and stop all drugs when she became pregnant, resulting in withdrawal.

She said Smith came to the hospital in distress, sweating, having spasms in her arms and legs and with her eyes dilated.

Maullin said she contacted Smith's physician, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, one of those now charged in the case, and learned he had prescribed seven different drugs to Smith during the time she was seeking relief from pain.

Maullin said she suggested a new regimen including hypnosis and acupuncture but Smith wasn't interested.

"She wouldn't engage. She didn't make eye contact. She was very hostile," Maullin recalled. "It was, 'Give me my medication and leave me alone."'

Maullin said that when Smith was asked questions, she would reply: "Ask Howard."

She said she told Stern that Smith should be in a structured rehab program and discussed with him and Kapoor her belief that Smith was addicted. Maullin said that during Smith's hospital stay, she tried to regulate the former model's use of methadone for pain and remove her from a number of drugs known as benzodiazepans.

Rose suggested that after Smith's release, Kapoor continued to prescribe one of those medications.

Kapoor's attorney, Ellyn Garofalo, has said the doctor gave Smith "sound and appropriate" treatment. Attorney Steve Sadow, representing Stern, has said his client shouldn't be blamed for Smith's death because he was relying on the doctors to treat her.
