Manchester United's owners, who loaded the club with more than £700m in borrowings to fund their purchase, have taken £10m out of the club in "management and administration fees" and have personally borrowed a further £10m in the past year, it has emerged.

The club's financial results, released yesterday, revealed that six members of the Glazer family on the Red Football board had borrowed a total of £10m, which does not have to be repaid for five years.

Manchester United also released an offer document yesterday for the £500m bond it says will be used to re-finance the £509m debt secured on the club.

The offer document reveals that on 30 June last year the club entered into a £2.9m-per-year agreement with SLP Partners, a company related to the Glazers. Since 1 July 2006 a further total of £10m has been paid in "management and administration fees".

"During the period from 1 July 2006 to the date of this offering memorandum, management and administration fees of approximately £0.6m, £1.8m, £1.4m, £3.1m and £3.1m were paid to our affiliates," it said.

The TV presenter and Marks & Spencer model Myleene Klass has been warned by police for waving a knife at teenagers who were peering into a window of her house late at night.

Klass was in the kitchen with her daughter upstairs when she spotted the youths in her garden just after midnight on Friday. She grabbed a knife and banged the windows before they ran away.

Hertfordshire police warned her she should not have used a knife to scare them off because carrying an "offensive weapon", even in her own home, was illegal.

Klass's spokesman, Jonathan Shalit, said the former Hear'say singer was "utterly terrified" by the intruders and "aghast" at the police warning.

"All she did was scream loudly and wave the knife to try and frighten them off," he told the Sunday Telegraph. "She is not looking to be a vigilante, and has the utmost respect for the law, but when the police explained to her that even if you're at home alone and you have an intruder, you are not allowed to protect yourself, she was bemused."

Airport security personnel in British airports have been barred from scanning passengers under 18 years old with the newly adopted full body scanners due to warnings that the new devices may breach child pornography laws.

The full-body scanners adopted by British airports in the wake of the failed Christmas Day bombing attempt have come under fire over fears that the graphic images produced by the x-ray machines may violate child pornography laws.

The controversial scanners introduced recently at airports in the U.K. are capable of spotting weapons and explosives concealed under clothing by producing 'naked' x-ray images of passengers

Child protection experts have warned that the image produced by the Rapiscan machines may break the law which prevents the creation of an indecent image or pseudo-image of a child.

The legislation, the Protection of Children Act 1978, could potentially have led to security officers facing criminal charges for doing their job by examining the images.

According to the Daily Mail, airport security staff had originally planned to scan children 18 and under so long as they had the parents' permission, but later decided to block the scanning of minors after appeals from a civil rights group, Action on Rights for Children

Privacy advocates have denounced the machines for generating images so graphic they are tantamount to "virtual strip-searching." In addition to advocating for the protection of travelers under age 18, campaigners have demanded that safeguards are put into place to "ensure that images from the £80,000 scanners, including those of celebrities, do not end up on the internet."

There is a law in Britain that allows the arrest of foreign nationals on British soil if they are suspected of war crimes. This law was recently used against the Israelis for war crimes in Gaza.

The British government is now promising to come up with a policy to allow Israeli war criminals to visit Britain, while keeping the law in place to arrest any other accused war criminal, which usually are Hispanic, African, or Muslim.

But Israel does not control Britain. It is just a coincidence that Israelis are the only people to be exempt from the British law.

The latest move in turning Britain into a Police State is the installation of full body scanners at airports. These scanners look right through clothing and show people naked.

There is no reason for these scanners. The entire population of a country is allowing sex perverts to look at them naked, because once every few years there might or might not be some kind of attack.

That works on the psychology of the British citizen. They are being trained that anyone in authority has the right to look at them naked. What does that do to the self image and ego of a person?

Just ask people who are arrested. Police procedure is to strip the accused nude to make them feel weak, then have them bend over so they know the Police could sodomize them at anytime. Police procedure is about making people feel weak and afraid.

That is what the full body scanner will do to people who have not even been arrested for anything.

Israelis drive the citizens of a captive culture crazy. They do this because crazy people cannot effectively resist the occupation of their country.

One of the plots Israelis use to drive the British crazy is a law against public photography. The law is supposed to be used to prevent terrorists taking reconnasaince photgraphs. Sounds pretty stupid huh? With todays mini cameras anyone can take a picture anywhere without being seen.

So what the Britih police do is harrass legitimate photographers because they are the only ones obviously taking pictures. Regular people take tourist pictures just like they have been doing since the invention of the camera.

Just think what it would do to you mentally if you thought that you could be harrassed by police for taking a picture. The idea of police being interested in picture taking is like the police following you into a public restroom to watch you. The idea is so ludicrous it would make a person question either their sanity or the sanity of the police.

The feeling of fear of being harrassed by police for taking pictures would be with the British citizen every hour of every day. After awhile the stress will make them so crazy it is all they can do to get by in the world, much less resist the Israelis who have taken over their country.

The Business Secretary is abolishing an exemption for charities from music licensing rules – hitting them with huge bills for holding events with recorded music.

Community groups said last night they would be forced to abandon hundreds of services for the elderly and children because of the new rules.

Abolition of the so-called PPL exemption will affect charity discos, tea dances, youth clubs, salsa groups, sports clubs, coffee mornings and even charity shops which have a radio in their staff room.

The changes are being imposed by the Intellectual Property Office which is part of Lord Mandelson's Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. The new levy will come into effect in April 2010 subject to the regulations being ratified by Parliament.
