The man who fathered Anna Nicole Smith's daughter is taking the witness stand again in the drug conspiracy trial of her boyfriend and doctors.

Larry Birkhead is scheduled to resume testimony Monday in Los Angeles.

He told jurors last week that Smith suffered from seizures and other ailments. Birkhead also testified that he felt Smith exhibited loopy behavior during a 2004 awards show appearance and he felt that drugs were partly to blame.

Smith's boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, and two doctors have pleaded not guilty to conspiring to provide the former Playboy model with massive doses of opiates and sedatives.
They aren't accused of causing her 2007 overdose death.

Carrie Underwood will wed Mike Fisher today in Georgia after a year of dating. Fisher, 30, popped the question last December with a 12-carat ring, valued around $800,000. Although she wanted a small ceremony, Underwood told Us Weekly magazine that that probably would not happen. "There are so many people. He has a huge family; they?re all really close. My family is big, but we're not that tight-knit. His is about three times the size of mine," she said.

Lisa Tchenguiz, 43, signed a pre-nuptial agreement with Mr Imerman when the couple married six years ago, but because his fortune has increased substantially since then she is no longer prepared to settle for what was allegedly agreed.

Brittany Murphy reportedly died after suffering a cardiac arrest in the bath tub. She was found by her mother who then called 911.

Here the reports are conflicting because some media reports are saying it was husband Simon Monjack who called the emergency number 911 to which the Los Angeles Fire Department responded and eventually took Brittany Murphy to the Cedars Sinai hospital. The doctors at the hospital reported Brittany DoA. (Dead on Arrival). There was nothing the staff at the hospital could do.

A very tragic and untimely death of one of the prettiest and nicest human beings (ask Ashton Kutcher) working in an industry which is known for its shallowness and fickleness.

Our prayers go out for Brittany Murphy, her family and loved ones out there.

However the saga of Brittany Murphy is far from over. Questions are being asked whether it was really cardiac arrest considering Brittany was only 32 years old. Her fans are also reporting that she lost weight very fast and perhaps it was the work of drugs, or an eating disorder (anorexia), coupled with stress from the industry which was the main cause.

Tiger Woods accused of offering $1 million to stop Rachel Uchitel talking

New York club promoter Rachel Uchitel, who has denied having an affair with the golf superstar, called a press conference to give more details of her relationship with him.

But hours before she and her lawyer were due to speak the press conference was cancelled amid suggestions that Wood’s representatives had been in contact and there had been a flurry of phone calls.

According to celebrity website Radar Online, Miss Uchitel was offered $1 million (£600,000) not to talk. Her lawyer declined to comment.

Miss Uchitel, 34, was the first woman to be linked to Woods in a report in the National Enquirier. She is said to have been with Woods in Australia when he competed in a tournament there.

She subsequently vehemenlty denied an affair but rumours were circulating ahead of the press conference that she was about to reveal details damaging to Woods, and that she had numerous text messages from him.

Miss Uchitel's lawyer, Gloria Allred, said the press conference was cancelled "due to unforeseen circumstances" but did not give further details.

She said: "Due to unforeseen circumstances, the news conference is cancelled. There will be no further statements on this matter."

The man Jon Gosselin became infamous for dumping his wife and 8 kids. The next headlines to come out were "Jon Gosselin and the Israeli Hailey Glassman". Those headlines continued for long enough to make the Israeli Hailey Glassman a well known name.

The Israeli Hailey Glassman then turned on Jon Gosselin in the public to generate even more media attention and fame for herself.

The Israeli Hailey Glassman should be able to take her months or so attachment to Jon Gosselin and parley it into money and fame for the next years at least.

Anna Nicole Smith's son, who would inherit the money if something happened to her, died in the vicinity of the Israeli Howard Stern from a "drug overdose".
