Israelis always around disasters

Seung-Hui Choi killed 32 people in a shooting spree on the Virginia Tech College Campus. There were many factors involved, but the final and main factor was that Seung-Hui Choi was the target of a plot by an Israeli named Andy Koch.

All the evidence about Choi's supposed craziness comes from the Israeli named Andy Koch

"The young woman was initially unconcerned by Cho's AIM messages and the Shakespearean graffiti he left on her door board, until she was contacted by Andy Koch via AIM. Koch told her that Cho was involved in an earlier stalking incident and that, "i think he is schophrenic" [sic].[67] Upon Koch's encouragement, the young woman contacted the campus police,

It is pretty obvious Andy Koch wanted to get Seung-Hui Choi in trouble isn't it? Why did he call the woman and alarm her? Why? The woman was not alarmed on her own. She was not alarmed until the Israeli Andy Koch called her and frightened her with stories about Seung-Hui Choi.

And the poor Seung-Hui Choi has no idea that Andy Koch is setting him up. He thinks Andy Koch is his friend.

"Later the same day, Cho sent a text message to Koch with the words, "I might as well kill myself now."[64]"

After Seung-Hui Choi confides in his "friend" Andy Koch, the Isreali Andy Koch springs the trap he has set up for Seung-Hui Choi.

"Worried that Cho was suicidal, Koch contacted his father for advice, and both of them contacted campus authorities. The campus police returned to the dormitory and escorted Cho to New River Valley Community Services Board, the Virginia mental health agency serving Blacksburg.[68]"

And as if that is not enough, the plot initiated by the Israeli Andy Koch ends with Seung-Hui Choi being involuntarily incarcerated in a mental facility.

"On December 13, 2005, Cho was found "mentally ill and in need of hospitalization" by New River Valley Community Services Board.[69] The physician who examined Cho noted that he had a flat affect and depressed mood, even though Cho "denied suicidal thoughts and did not acknowledge symptoms of a thought disorder."[69] Based on this mental health examination and because Cho was suspected of being "an imminent danger to himself or others", he was detained temporarily at Carilion St. Albans Behavioral Health Center in Radford, Virginia, pending a commitment hearing before the Montgomery County, Virginia district court."

It was reported that the murders were the result of a romantic quarrel between Choi and the Israeli Emily Hilscher

Is Emily Hilscher the woman who Seung-Hui Choi messaged? The one that Andy Koch called and alarmed? The news stories are not clear on that point.

"Early reports suggested that the killings resulted from a romantic dispute between Cho and Emily Hilscher, one of his first two victims. However, Hilscher's friends said she had no prior relationship with Cho and there is no evidence that he ever met or talked with her before the murders"
